Glamorous Gifts for the Girls!

I am working hard on the gifts for my girls because they have been nothing short of a dream when it comes to playing a part in my wedding. I based my idea off of the wicker bags that Preppy Pink Pony sells. This website has inspired me from the first day I discovered it! My wedding day designer developed bags for my girls that played off this idea and I am going to fill them with other fabulous, green/pink themed items. I’m even having her make one for me because I love them so much! They are perfect for the beach, a picnic or just a day to the spa.

One idea that I love for gifts is giving them something that you love, that you want to share with them. So, I am going to put a book by one of my favorite girly authors inside each bag. These books by Sophie Kinsella are perfect for summer poolside reading, vacation trips and other relaxing activities. They give you a great laugh and inspire you in ways you wouldn’t believe. There are actually some great life lessons inside each book – so if you aren’t already a fan, I highly recommend these for girls that just want to have fun!

For those in your party that don’t fit the girly bill, tone it down with earth tones and classics like simple soaps and candles.

Whatever you do, get inspired first and run with your idea. Twist it up and make it your own. It is so important to make those girls feel appreciated and what better way to do it then by pampering them with chic gifts?! Plus, what bride doesn’t love shopping?!
