There are a Million Reasons to Party!

I am getting ready for a big move back to the midwest and in the midst of everything I need to get done, I have already found a reason to throw a party (or two) upon my return.  I actually love the added stress of planning a get together for my closest friends ~ plus, it helps me avoid the reality of the other stresses that are upon me during this move!  And, if you are anything like me, you are always looking for the next opportunity to put your planning hat on and be creative!  That said, I wanted to share with you my my list of never-ending reasons to throw your next bash:


1.  YOU'RE MOVING BACK TO THE CITY WHERE ALL YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIVE! 
2.  It's YOUR birthday, or your significant other's birthday, or your mom's birthday, or the cat's birthday...you catch my drift.
3.  Change of seasons ~ Spring Fling, Summer BBQ, Fall Bonfire, Winter Wonderland
4.  Graduation
5.  Promotion
6.  Engagement
7.  Baby on the way....
8.  Religious Family Holidays & Dinners (great way to "try out" new recipes, centerpieces, etc. ~ b/c only your family will tell you what they really think of your ideas...)
9.  Weddings
10.  Milestones ~ retirement, anniversaries, etc
11.  Girls Night
12.  Guys Night
13.  Movie Premiere (OMG ~ SATC2 comes out May 28th!)
14.  Reunion
15.  seriously...i could just keep naming reasons...


The point is this:  Never forget the joy that a simple get-together can bring you.  Party on, everyone!
