Choose with Confidence

If you are considering hiring a wedding planner to help with your big day, it is so important that you know what questions to ask.  Here are the questions that I get asked most often ~ and that I insist answering in all of my client consultations...

1.  How many weddings have you planned?
2.  Have you planned a wedding at my venue before?
3.  Do you have any other weddings the weekend or day of mine?
4.  Can I see photos of events and weddings you have planned?
5.  Can you provide references from other brides and/or vendors?
6.  Who will be on hand if something happens to you during the planning of my wedding?
7.  How do you prepare your pricing and what is included?
8.  Can you work with a set budget ~ but still execute the vision I have in mind?
9.  How accessible are you on a daily basis?
10. Why should I hire a planner?

If your potential planner can answer all of these to your satisfaction then you might have found just the right person for the job.  If they can't....trust me when I say there are many others out there who can!
