More like Monday Coffee...

Yesterday I was completely MIA from my office, computer, blog and other BCE to-do's.  That was because I had the pleasure of meeting all the wonderful brides, bridesmaids and mothers that visited our booth during this year's Classic Elegance Bridal Show in West Lafayette, Indiana.  I love being on Purdue's campus so what better reason?  Next year we will definitely need the double booth, though!  Sometimes you just have to go bigger and better!  


So, needless to say, I had zilch time to post any kind of Sunday Coffee.  But, I still have some fun stuff to share on this Monday...


Fairytales are back in style...especially in weddings.  I am not kidding!  I see it everywhere I look.  Take this Peter Pan photo shoot for example...who wouldn't love to build their day around this design?

I met this very creative, local photographer over the weekend.  Very cool stuff.

If you are a bride, bridesmaid or "other" you might already know about this great resource for inspiration.  And, remember, out with the "two colors" and in with at least three!

Moving on from weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs are another specialty of ours.  And, most times the favors are numerous.  The kids never walk away with only one gift.  We happen to love the idea of placing a little something at their place setting.  This gum ball machine might just do the trick...

Another great mitzvah idea is creating a progressive party inside the venue.  I love this article from early last spring, when a NJ planner did just that.  

Continue to think outside of the box and always try to do something before everyone else hops on the wagon.  That is the advice I give to all my clients!
