Okay, spring is so close I can feel it. Except on days like today when the universe decides to snow on us!

With Spring comes lots of reasons to celebrate. Here is my short list:
1. Warmth
2. New blooms all around
3. Easter
4. Passover
5. Just because

So, here are some fun ways to celebrate any of the above easily and breezily.
- Entertain over a Sunday Brunch, keeping the menu light and simple. People will come and go and you will have the rest of the day to relax after a wonderful morning celebration.
- Keep it intimate. Seat the most talkative people in the center of your table, facing each other. This will balance the energy so the party doesn't break up and stays as one.
- Make your centerpiece part of the meal. Think desserts. This will allow it to stay beautiful until the very end.
- Serve family style. This keeps it casual and familiar for guests. They will be happy that the wine is out for the taking.
- Host in an unusual place. Think outside of the box and surprise your guests.
- Play the opposites game. Serve food and drinks that are totally opposite from what your guests might expect.
- Enjoy the outdoors and never forget the details!
Whatever you might celebrate this spring, think big, on a small scale, and I think you will have an unforgettable time with your friends and family.
