A Very Royal Week

I can't help but speak in my British accent more frequently this week...though I know that might be a tad on the "bad taste" side of things.  But, I just can't help myself!  It is the week of William & Kate's wedding (screech)!!!

Because I skipped my weekly Sunday Coffee yesterday (I was recovering from Easter and Passover feasts), I wanted to start this week off with a BAM.  So, how about a Royal Coffee instead?  I think that is fitting.  Here are a few things I have learned about the Royal Family, Royal Wedding as well as a few other favorite English things of mine....

First, did you know Kate is the oldest Royal bride yet?  29 years old gets her that lovely title...

They have created a royal wedding RING POP!  It is not edible, however...check it out here.

I am hosting my own Royal Wedding View Party this Friday, and there are so many ideas and inspirations on the web.  Hostess with the Mostess never fails to deliver great tricks and tips....check out these pics!
I watched this Lifetime movie last night...and, if you are as in to this fuss as I am, you must watch before the wedding!  I am the sucker who believes everything, and I love this non-fiction love story!

And, in the spirit of the are two of my favorite retailers in the UK:

If you haven't heard of Philip Treacy and his amazing hats...take a look.  Rumor has it that Kate asked him to design all the head pieces for her bridal party!
Here are some of the items that are said to be served during all the reception-ing after the ceremony...

And, finally, where will Kate and William jet off to after they tie the knot??? Here are the latest predictions.

Believe it or not, this one event will set the tone for couples everywhere in the world.  It is such a wonderful, goose-bumpy time for people like me and this week will keep me smiling for sure!

Enjoy this historic week!

Boldly Yours,
