We've got the Friday BLUES

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue... the four elements of tradition that brides have been using since the Victorian Era, but who says there can't be a twist on them. One thing that people should know about me, is that I am notorious for taking something traditional and adding my own flare to it. I like making it special to me. My inspiration for the blog came from a picture a good friend took at a wedding she was shooting. I thought it was a cleaver and fresh way to incorporate something BLUE!

What a comfortable and different way to do something to incorporate something blue. Toms Shoes have become a hugely popular and trendy in the recent years. They have even started a wedding collection on their website. Check it out here.

Here are some other great ideas for something blue...

Here is the most creative twist on something blue... a BLUES band at the reception.

Yes, I know the last one takes it to the extreme but if you enjoy blues music then this could be a creative way to incorporate something blue!

Hopefully some of these ideas will get the creative juices going to think of a great twist on a great tradition!

Boldly Yours,
Heidi
