Sunday Coffee

I am finally sitting down to work at 8pm on Sunday.  I used to be such a weekend worker on those weekend's when I didn't have a client wedding (like this one).  But, as those closest to me know, I have changed quite a bit since having my little girl nearly one year ago (what!?).  

Weekends are sacred and few with her and my husband.  So, I have been working hard to get all my work done during working hours in order to enjoy more family time.  I still feel pulled.  But, I am working on getting the perfect balance.  I am determined to get the perfect balance.

What makes all of this easier is my fabulous team of girls that helps me out each and every week.  Christine is amazing.  Cheyanne fits right in and is a huge help.  I couldn't do it without them.  Period.  

Last weekend, we had the honor of assisting two great couples tie the knot.  The weather cooperated and all was beautiful!  The celebrations were filled with laughter and an incredible amount of good wishes toward the newlyweds.  Congratulations to Lauren & Josh and to Jessica & Chris.  Thank you for allowing us to play a part in the preparations and wedding day!  We will certainly share more photos when we can!

Other exciting things?!?  C. Wonder, one of my east coast loves, has hit Indy.  I can't wait to get my shop on and continue to watch my favorite Indy mall grow with other great stores (Tory Burch is on the way!).

Pretty little parties are something I love.  Who would've guessed?  The TomKat Studio is filled with goodies, simple staples and girly-ness.  Perfect.  

I have so many other favorites to share...but, so much work is laying in front of me!
